Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, listing a service, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use PubgPopularity. You must be at least 13 years old, and where required by local law, of the age of majority, to use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Maintain a single account unless expressly permitted otherwise.
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, show fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

3. Escrow & Payments

PubgPopularity operates an escrow-based payment system designed to protect both buyers and sellers.

• When a buyer places an order, the payment is held securely in escrow and is not released to the seller immediately.
• We charge a flat 7% platform commission on every completed order. Sellers keep 93% of the sale value.
• Funds are held until the buyer confirms successful delivery, after which the seller's share is credited to their PubgPopularity wallet.
• All deposits are made through approved Pakistani payment methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Bank Transfer) and are manually verified by our team.

4. Buyer Obligations

• Provide accurate PUBG Mobile account details required for delivery.
• Communicate respectfully with sellers through the Platform.
• Confirm delivery promptly once the service is completed as described.
• Use the dispute process rather than withholding confirmation in bad faith.

Seller Obligations

• Deliver services accurately and within the stated delivery time.
• Only list services you are able and authorized to provide.
• Maintain reasonable response times and honest service descriptions.
• Never request payment or contact outside the Platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Circumvent the escrow system or transact off-Platform to avoid fees.
• Engage in fraud, chargebacks, account theft, or hacking of any kind.
• Post misleading listings, fake reviews, or manipulate ratings.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate game rules in a way that endangers buyer accounts.

6. Disputes & Refunds

If a buyer believes a service was not delivered as described, they may open a dispute. Our moderation team reviews each case, typically within a 24-hour review window, and may:

• Release escrow funds to the seller if delivery is verified.
• Issue a full or partial refund to the buyer if the seller is at fault.
• Request additional evidence (screenshots, chat logs) from either party.

Decisions made by our moderation team during a dispute are final and binding on both parties.

7. Withdrawals

Sellers may withdraw available wallet balance to a verified Pakistani payment account, subject to minimum withdrawal limits and identity checks. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually; we may hold or decline withdrawals that show signs of fraud or policy violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PubgPopularity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of game accounts caused by user negligence, or actions taken by third-party game publishers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the commission we earned on the relevant order.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Platform. Outstanding escrow obligations will be resolved before account closure where reasonably possible.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
